After completing my studies in Hospitality and obtaining a bachelor's degree in Food and Consumer from Abertay University, I embarked on a journey gaining practical experience by working in various hospitality venues. It was during this time that I had the opportunity to work with Heritage Portfolio, where I honed my skills and gained valuable insights into the industry. This hands-on experience not only expanded my knowledge but also provided me with a deeper understanding of the intricacies involved in catering and event management.

While studying and working my business expanded, I continued to infuse the same level of care and attention to detail into every event it catered to, be it a cosy gathering, a grand wedding, or a corporate function. Today, Catered by Courtney stands as a testament to resilience and passion for creating memorable dining experiences, no matter the occasion.
