Catered by Courtney began its culinary journey by offering delightful afternoon teas during the challenging times of lockdown. This initiative not only brought comfort to people's homes but also showcased the brand's dedication to providing high-quality catering services.
After completing my studies in Hospitality and obtaining a bachelor's degree in Food and Consumer from Abertay University, I embarked on a journey gaining practical experience by working in various hospitality venues. It was during this time that I had the opportunity to work with Heritage Portfolio, where I honed my skills and gained valuable insights into the industry. This hands-on experience not only expanded my knowledge but also provided me with a deeper understanding of the intricacies involved in catering and event management.
While studying and working my business expanded, I continued to infuse the same level of care and attention to detail into every event it catered to, be it a cosy gathering, a grand wedding, or a corporate function. Today, Catered by Courtney stands as a testament to resilience and passion for creating memorable dining experiences, no matter the occasion.
